Return Policy

Shipping Damage

If your order arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via our official channels and provide:

At least 3 clear photos or 1 video showing the issue

Missing Parts or Product Defects

If your item has missing parts or defects, please report the issue within 48 hours of delivery with visual proof.

 Manufacturing Defects

Products with manufacturing faults are eligible for return within 30 days from the delivery date, with supporting images or video.


 Change of Mind Policy

Custom / On-Demand products are not eligible for return.

In-stock items can be returned within 14 days if:

Item is unused and in original condition

Original packaging is intact

All accessories are included

 All return requests are subject to approval by our Quality Control Team.

Custom-made / On-demand items

Opened or unsealed products

Items returned after 30 days

Personal-use items (mattresses, pillows, etc.)

Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Items not assembled by the Home Plus team

Refund Information

Refunds are issued after item pickup and inspection.

Processing time: 5–14 working days, depending on bank or card provider.

Cash refunds are not available.
